Some machines were there with their panel boards but most of the machines were not working. Our task was to find faults and correct them. The project mainly focused four areas :• Commissioning of a Dispersion Kneading Machine• Commissioning of a Rubber Mill• Commissioning of four Hydraulic Pressing Machines• Supply Electrical Wiring Diagrams The main task was to analyse and design the controlling circuit. Relay Logics had been implemented in panel boards. A continuity testing was also done prior excitation.

Gained firsthand experience in analyzing, designing and implementing a project to make a weight display unit for Millers Brewery, Sri Lanka.The training was oriented towards the following concepts :• Optimization of Integrated Circuits such as SSD Drivers, Decoders, Microcontrollers etc.• Embedded system development using PIC microcontroller 16F877A.• Mechanical design and drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks).• Making the Printed Circuit Board for the weight display.A Data Logger with 5 Digital inputs and 5 Analogue inputs was designed in Linux environment to work with imx233 Olinuxino mini board.

I have completed an Electronic Engineering Degree with First Class Honours at SLIIT. The degree was offered by Sheffield Hallam.
