Contract Surveying: Contract Reviewing and issuing comments. Attend client meetings and obtain Variations and Payment Application approvals. Prepare, submit and conclude project final accounts with Client’s. To carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales. Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts. Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations. Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence. Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.Procurement: Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases Create and maintain good relationships with Subcontractor/suppliers Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment Review and analyze all subcontractor/suppliers price options Negotiate the best deal for pricing and payment terms with subcontractor/ suppliers. Work with procurement manager to complete project procurements.Assistance to finance: Communicate regularly with Accounts Department to ensure Invoices are submitted to client. Closure of PO’s / Books and reconcile all certifications / valuations for finance to generate year end reports.  Communicate regularly with project staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure commercial controls are in place, understood and always followed.Administration: Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labor, material and sub-contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to. Supply all relevant information to the Commercial Manager for review at the specified intervals set. Assist Commercial Director / Operation Manger with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time
