I have over 10 years of experience in the aviation and tourism industries, where I have developed and demonstrated skills in customer service, team leadership, training, and image projection. As a former Cabin Supervisor and Internal Facilitator at SriLankan Airlines, I was responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers and crew members, as well as enhancing the service quality and professionalism of the organization.Currently, I am a Social Media Manager and a Research Assistant at the Antarctic Tourism Research Program, a joint initiative between the University of Tasmania and the Antarctic Division of Australia. I create and manage content for various social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, to promote the program's research, activities, and outcomes. I am passionate about elevating travel experiences and preserving the natural and cultural heritage of the world. I am pursuing a Master's in Tourism, Environmental, and Cultural Heritage at the University of Tasmania, where I aim to deepen my knowledge and expertise in this field.
