Assist and advise the program manager in all areas of the JOM program. Provide services to promote the development and implementation of assistance and counseling programs for all 54 Chickasaw Nation JOM programs. Maintain program records and prepare necessary reports. Check expenditure reports for accuracy and process reports through finance. Assist with state JOM conference planning. Maintain and coordinate documentation from all schools. Attend JOM Parent Committee meetings as necessary. Work with other tribal personnel as needed to collaborate and coordinate interdepartmental projects.

The day-to-day operations are now taken care of by a team of employees.
