Currently I have am the administrator of Tabitha Home Health Care, part of a continuum of care across 28 counties in SE Nebraska. I am responsible to insure regulator compliance for the home health and private duty agency; oversee, evaluate and coach direct staff members; Manage the operational and capital budget need of a mid size agency; Maintain staff and customer satisfaction as well as continually improve the clinical outcomes of the home health agency.

Transitioned into the organization at a Clinical Coordinator level where I was responsible for day to day operations including overseeing professional staff, staffing and scheduling, budget management. After several years moved into a position of Quality Management and oversaw the QI program for the mid sized home health agency with an ADC of 175. Transitioned into the Executive Director position where I was responsible for oversight of the regulatory and compliance requirements including overseeing the Joint Commission/State Surveys. Included additional responsibility for a small drop ship DME company in place to support the medical facility
