Provide individual and community of practice consultation for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program in the North East. Provide consultees with CBT resources, training and psychotherapy skill development. Decolonize and provide indigenous adapted CBT resources, training and skill development.

Provide psychotherapy consultation, training and support for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program which is rooted in decolonized, indigenous adapted, indigenous knowledge frameworks.

Provide a giiwitaabiwag "they sit in circle" on an ongoing basis for the Indigenous Network. 2022-2023 focused on learning Mikwendaagwad Sacred Circle CBT to evaluate streams of thoughts and mino bimaadiziwin "the good life" choices that impact emotion.

Provide indigenous adapted mental health and structured psychotherapy consultation, curriculum development and project management / development. Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert on a variety of projects.

As part of the Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin team, provide consultation as a subject matter expert in Indigenous Adapted Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Provide ongoing consultation as an indigenous psychotherapist. teacher and trainer and decolonizing systems health advocate. Consult within various health and mental health care circles, like the Indigenous Evaluation Circle and Health Equity table for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program.Provided a community of practice with training, skill development and support to both Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin and B'Saanibamaadsiwin (Aboriginal Mental Health Program CMHA) psychotherapists from 2020-2022. Provided Supervision to a joint Mamaway Wiidokdaadwin - Qualia Counselling Services Master of Social work placement student.

Serve as a Field Instructor & Placement Supervisor for Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work students both in mainstream and the Indigenous Field of Study.Nominated for Best Field Instructor of the Year in 2018.

As part of the Mental Health Behavioural Sciences (MHBS) Program provide enrichment series instruction to medical residents teaching: psychotherapy, trauma informed, indigenous health and cognitive behavioural therapy skills. As an allied health professional in the Grand Erie Six Nations resident site, provided MHBS tutoring 2022-2023. We predominantly practice Cognitive Behaviour Therapy but also have a growing Dialectical Behaviour Therapy program. We have a thriving cognitive behaviour play therapy program, as well as Trauma Treatment / PTSD treatment program. Recruited by Region of Waterloo Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Director to review and select the Upstream Fund Committee. This committee would be making decisions to distribute millions of dollars for Upstream Initiatives, whose goal is to support equity in the region. The selection committee had to be a number of region representatives that would ensure equity priorities are being met and given funding.

• Provided culturally safe psychosocial assessment and treatment to children, youth and their families with various Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders diagnoses (suicidal ideation, ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc) within Six Nations First Nation• Consulted and collaborated with a multidisciplinary team – psychiatrist, other mental health professionals, service coordinators and Behavioural Consultants

• Managed caseload of 15-20 clients; providing culturally safe psychotherapy (crisis, trauma, short and long term), advocacy, accompaniment, referrals, practical assistance, transitional housing support, & safety planning• Made presentations, provided community education, and organized community events (Missing Murdered Indigenous Women’s Day, International Women’s Day)• Designed and developed six evidence based mental health groups including culturally safe psychoeducation and mental health groups for indigenous women• Provided counselling services to Batchewana, Garden River, Thessalon, Michipicoten, Chapleau Cree/Ojibwe, & Brunswick House First Nations members• In my first year of employment, annual stats showed an increase of 100% more counselling sessions offered, 113 more group counselling sessions offered (400% increase), and over 200 more community and partner liaison meetings attended (200% increase)
