UPDATE - Charity is the answer to my requests year after year to almost any professional I asked for for total financial assisting and planning. Charity does bookkeeping/taxes but more importantly she does advising and coaching, all wrapped into one fantastic package.
She handles our daily bookkeeping, annual taxes, consults with us quarterly or more, answers every email, handles filing with state agencies, recommends, without revealing confidential information, processes and vendors that are working for her other clients.
Charity and her staff make you feel like you are their only client, even though I know we are not. She responds timely, has smart recommendations that include facts and are current in their application and relevant to you and your business.
The support we have received in is particularly valuable in that she can look at both our professional and personal financial picture, something most vendors are not interested to do.
