I am the founder, product manager, strategic planner, chief dishwasher and enthusiastic encourager of a team of exceptional individuals. I encourage and challenge each team member to bring their best into work every day with an emphasis on growing enthusiastic customer fans.

Responsible for accounting, funding, purchasing, technology and new programs. McGill's Gas and Grocery feeds into my role as founder of Deep Water. I work all roles in our convenience store from time to time, including inventory, cleaning, check-out, stocking, purchasing and vendor check-in and management. This helps to keep me grounded in understanding our customers on a regular basis.

Responsible for the development and global product management of our flagship policy processing application. Spending over a decade in this position, I worked with every single customer in either a sales, service or feedback capacity. In addition to this role, I developed our strategic product plan and worked to help engage our first technology partner ecosystem. In my partnership role, I evaluated over 30 competing and complimentary partners from various technology realms including multiple data services, document imaging and management, business analytics, underwriting, billing and claims.

I played multiple roles at Duck Creek prior to its acquisition from business development to sales, architecture and engineering to service, support and implementation. My role at Duck Creek introduced me to multiple entrepreneurial opportunities and helped me work in multiple departments across a software startup organization. I used this opportunity to launch myself into a global product lead and partnership management role.
