I have been working in the promotional products industry for over 8 years, starting in production and moving to sales and marketing. With a passion for new media and technology, I help utilize the latest tools to increase production output, find new ways to handle customer services and offer new ways to increase our online brand. On a daily basis it's my job to help refine company policies, explore new technologies and find ways to stay competitive in the promotional products industry. I help manage our sales pipeline, provide resources to increase brand awareness and keep our social media profiles updated and relevant to our consumer base.With many roles in a small company, I enjoy tackling new issues and challenges that can arise. It's given me the opportunity to learn a lot about new technologies and the ever-evolving industry I am a part of.
