I am currently fulfilling the role of the Supply Chain Development and Enhancement Manager, which is aimed at delivering an optimization, development and enhancement service to the organization’s Supply Chain practices, processes and systems. My role is mainly strategic of nature, providing leadership and direction to a team consisting of business, process as well as systems experts. The combination of these disciplines target the total Supply Chain practices with the objective of optimizing current processes and systems applications, as well as analysing, designing and implementing enhancement and improvement ideas to ultimately improve and benefit overall business practices. With the mandate to enhance Supply Chain practices across the board, knowledge and experience of end-to-end Supply Chain practices plays a vital role in the successful delivery of these objectives. I have the responsibility to lead and compliment new ideas, and through proper interaction and analysis influence key stakeholders on improvement projects. I have the ability to be creative, as well as practical.
