Oversee all fundraising activities including, but not limited to, annual campaign, special events, corporate partnerships, direct mail, endowment and grants needed for community investments in more than 25 local nonprofits; Responsible for all marketing, public relations and branding/awareness;Lead donor stewardship and cultivation effortsOversee donor database and website development

Served on countless committees and in lead roles for the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), many of them on the Executive Level. A few highlights include Playground Committee-Armstrong Elementary (raised $300k+ for new playground), Raider Challenge Co-Chair (HP Middle School; raised $850k for unmet school needs), and Raider Weekly and Scots Weekly (HP Middle School & HPHS) - weekly newsletter communications for 6+ years

Led a team of 8 in the recruitment, on-boarding and management of approximately 1,800 volunteers covering 3 animal shelters and 3 low-cost vet clinics. Volunteer hours went from approximately 68,000 per year to more than 160k when I left the role to relocate to CT. I also oversaw a bilingual Customer Care Center which was staffed with 7 employees and open 7-days a week. As a change agent, I served as the lead for Service Enterprise through Points of Light Foundation and served in a leading role in our disaster response effort for Hurricane Harvey.

Directed a large development team to secure necessary funding for operational expenses of a large, regional animal welfare organization. Fundraising initiatives including planned giving, direct mail, capital campaign, grants and special events. Also under my leadership: Media Relations, Volunteer Relations, Customer Care Center, Humane Education & Social Services.Successfully navigated organization re-branding and change in core mission from open door to 'reservation required' animal care center facility.

A boutique shop of New York Life Insurance Company, The Nautilus Group helped top producing agents/brokerages by providing estate planning services for high-net worth clients. I prepared financial analysis reports that were used in conjunction with output from in-house estate planning attorneys to deliver high-level plans and strategies to minimize taxes and achieve other client goals.
