Supports all aspects of end-user training in Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation and Stork electronic medical records system. I am responsible for developing and maintaining course curriculum, training materials, training environments, and training-the-trainer. This includes maintaining knowledge of Epic modules and relevant operational workflows and successfully managing all phases of IT projects from needs analysis and requirements definition to vendor selection, implementation, and training.
