I am the Sales Operations Supervisor over Emerald Grande. I have a staff of nine who I make schedules, payroll, train, motivate and update on new operations.

I manage five employees for two sites, Emerald Grande and Majestic Sun. I train and supervise daily activities. I make a monthly schedule and approve payroll. I am also a notary to help the finalizing of contracts that we provide the sales and quality assurance team. We qualify customers and seek financial assistance to help them purchase. I make excel spread sheets for our scorecard, representative list and nightly distribution lists. Advise new businesses practices for contract processing, rules and regulations.

• Prepare and review ~30 contracts/month and any accompanying documents for real estate sales of timeshare properties, ensuring accuracy and completion in accordance with company policies, regulations, and legal guidelines, increasing sales by ~$600k/month• Ensure that down payment for each contract is collected properly; balance cash and deposits (~$120K/month)• Assess ~3 situations of potential breaches of compliance per month, liaising with corporate, legal or title departments when necessary and using written, video, and audio records to prevent lawsuits• Advise ~50 sales representatives as needed in searching product inventory and promotion availability; provide daily guidance on best route for each contract with solutions to close and taking into consideration the unique circumstances of each contract• Maintain contract management databases using Salesforce, Oracle, Trip, SharePoint, SalePoint, and Citrix to ensure accuracy of information in databases for use by higher management and finance department• Created and implemented employee training guidelines, including step-by-step outlines of job requirements, providing previously nonexistent onboarding structure for 10 new employees
