Hi!It's tough to write a summary about yourself, isn't it?I'm Charlana and I spend about 90% of every day making plans or solving problems (or both). I'm most fulfilled, professionally *and* personally, when I've got something that I can examine, research, and analyze, then innovate a solution and make a plan to implement it. My current job lets me exercise this passion regularly and I'm always excited to see what new puzzle is waiting for me each day.The next best thing, for me, is helping others solve their problems. Offering training, support, technical documentation, process models, process improvements, and how-to guides is something I do a lot of each day and I enjoy it immensely. This isn't limited to working hours; I'm that helpful (if not slightly annoying) friend who will shoot you a message or text if you post about a computer issue or trouble with an app.In my spare time, I'm learning Python, brushing up on my SQL, and working through a Data Analyst course to hone my analysis skills and expand my skill set. I'm a total data nerd and really, genuinely enjoy learning new ways to wrangle data and extract meaningful insights and visuals from it. To end on a personal note, I really like video games, cooking, and sleeping. My kids, husband, and five rescue pets are all pretty great too! Add me or shoot me a message if you'd like to connect.
