As Project Manager of the KAMERS Online Marketplace my goal was to represent the real-world KAMERS markets in the online space. I led the transition from the Ammo platform to the Kalahari.com Marketplace and later to Shopstar. I worked closely with the Shopstar team to develop their Marketplace platform with KAMERS as the pilot store. The biggest challenge was to showcase the variety of products experienced at the physical markets in the online marketplace without holding stock from all suppliers in a warehouse. Together with Shopstar the platform was developed to allow a single checkout and multiple deliveries shipped directly from each supplier.
