As well as working closely with the executive team and personal connections to excellent maintenance of relationships and communication. I worked on several projects for Provenance, including assisting in the creation of Sales tools and tracking by creating Excel spreadsheets. Coordinating between design and suppliers for Sales promotional items. Creating and editing Competitive Sets for both property and market level. Coordinating the ordering and design of collateral pieces for re branding of properties. Creating spreadsheets to track progress and deadlines of turn over/take over properties. Assisting VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Operations, and President of the company with a variety of tasks and assignments.

Ensure proper handling of freight and bill. Ensure proper billing by completion of weight and Cubic Measurement Certificates.

I worked for Hilton specializing in front office and finance. I received additional training during my time with Hilton for customer service, training, and developing training materials. I held the title of Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Manager, Front Desk/Night Audit Trainer, Purchasing Coordinator, and Accounts Receivable. I mentored with both my Assistant General Manager and my Assistant Director of Finance.
