· Implementing HR strategies and policies for major/national clients including Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Compensation· Engaging with the client during multi product implementations, partnering with Sales and Service· Analyze client's HR needs to determine the necessary setup· Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize system configurations and product upgrades· Facilitate and schedule onboarding calls/visits to accomplish analysis, input training, first use and troubleshooting· Ensure accuracy of all aspects of client set up· Exchange information with members of project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues· Communicate client responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that projects and solutions are delivered on time· Assist client in scheduling all training as well as communicate training plans· Formally track any issues that arise and orchestrate resolutions· Provide regular implementation status reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues for management and overall status of project· Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness· Support client through validation, testing and go live stages· Responsible to ensure quality of implementation and achieves quality survey targets· Provide training for clients that need further support/assistance
