With more than nine years of experience within the SGCM company, as well as my mastery in the field of Transport, Port Logistics has been established through the consignment of ships and the meticulous organization of calls. My role as a Port Logistics Agent allowed me to develop particular expertise in handling crews and finding suppliers, thus guaranteeing smooth and efficient management and coordination of port activities. Strategic planning and operational management are an integral part of the skills I acquired, particularly during my previous experience at TP MANU. Managing a team of 20 drivers and crane operators has strengthened my leadership and my ability to meet logistical challenges in a dynamic environment. With an organized and rigorous approach, I am committed to continually improving processes to achieve operational excellence within SGCM.
