As an EFIN marker at the University of the Free State (UFS), I assisted the lecturers with grading and providing feedback to students on their financial accounting tests. I have a Bachelor of Accounting Honours degree in progress, which I expect to complete in Dec 2024. I have also acquired multiple certifications from LinkedIn on managing stress, accounting for managers, and Excel essential training. One of my proudest achievements was being part of the winning group of the EY Project Alpha 2022, an ethics project that required us to investigate ethical dilemmas and their impact and find possible solutions for them. I have developed strong skills in management accounting, accounting, and leadership, and I am passionate about applying them to help businesses and individuals make sound financial decisions. My goal is to pursue a career in accounting that aligns with my values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence.
