About Charlene Cobaugh

For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with the art of negotiation. Whether it was trading lunches at school as a kid or haggling at any store that will listen, I always found joy in striking a good deal. That passion has only grown stronger with time and it's what led me to pursue a career in sales.Before breaking out into the sales world, I started off in the funding department at AmeriCredit, where I learned the process of auto loans. I was able to start building relationships with the dealerships to help them receive their money quicker. This is where I fell in love with the relationship part of sales. Outside of work, I have helped raise over $60k for my son’s school hockey organization. This experience has taught me the work and dedication it takes to help make a thriving organization. These traits, I found, are not only useful when fundraising but also when negotiating tough sales deals. My world also revolves around my family and my pets. I have two children, daughter aged 20 and son aged 16, they keep me busy with sports and traveling. However, my new loves are my two pups, they are 3 years old and full of love. We love to go on adventures as a family and unwind from daily work life.
