I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who sees children of all ages. Although my practice is open to individuals of all ages, I often work with children who are struggling with issues of adjustment, anxiety, general emotional discomfort, and behavioral concerns. I particularly enjoy helping young people strive to overcome fears and reach their potential. I work in partnership with parents and connect with pediatricians, teachers, and guidance counselors.I am a direct service provider at a private school for children with language-based learning disorders and social anxiety. I have training in methods to address behavioral and emotional concerns in young children. My work with educators, speech and language, occupational, and physical therapists has provided valuable information regarding sensory, motor, language and processing difficulties that contribute to educational and social emotional concerns.
