Leading the learning and development team, I help the entire organization design, develop, and execute trainings. I have tied my strategic initiatives back to organizational goals including ROI, employee engagement, increased efficiency, lowering cost, and more by evaluating and analyzing training and development initiatives.I spend two-thirds of my time in operations reporting to the VP of operations. I have launched a learning management system, created a streamlined process for new hires, and designed tools for managers. Additionally, I support the rest of the organization by reporting to the VP of people and taking on projects in all other departments. I have worked with our GTM, EPD, HR, and executive team to curate content that will enable our workforce to be efficient, effective, and confident in real time. I am in charge of revamping onboarding, improving key metrics, building and managing our learning management system, reporting data to stakeholders, working directly with our C suite and C level executives, and equipping all employees to succeed in their job.
