I co-founded EATABLE™️ in 2019 together with my husband (whom I bonded with in a wine tasting class), and we created a "perfect pairing" of our two loves: a good snack + a good drink for life's everyday celebrations. As a professional accountant (CPA, CA) coming from the real estate and banking world, I possess financial acumen, and expertise over costing, financial planning & analysis, P&L reporting and forecasting.I'm a self-taught marketer with a specialization in e-Commerce who has managed to grow a "bootstrapped" direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand from $0 to $1MM+ in just over 3 years, and now forging new territory towards B2B and mass retail channels. Since the humble beginnings from our home kitchen to our own production facility, I drove growth through e-Commerce channels during the global pandemic, and expanded our retail footprint to over 1600+ high end specialty retailers across Canada and USA.I take a "Blue Ocean" strategic approach to growing business in multiple channels, industries and verticals.
