I have been in the customer service business since I was 16 (not that long ago, right?) I have been a Server, a Home Care Nurse, a Data Provider, a Professional Poker Dealer, a Poker RoomManager and now I'm starting a Real Estate career. I have 5 children, the oldest is 31 and the youngest is 7, (ya, I know I can’t wait to ask God about that)I try to keep sense of humor and not take life too seriously or for granted. I'm grateful for everything I do and do not have.I'm trustworthy, reliable, a hard worker and usually organized (I know right where that paper is in that pile) I was born in Calif. Raised between there and Arizona and lived in NY for 13 years. I now reside in Nevada. Good thing I love to travel.I have been in real estate for 5 months now.(I have also kept my Professional Poker job) I have learned a lot, and learned there is a whole lot more to learn. When I was working in the data field, I provided data statistics for companies nationwide, cross referencing searches used in finding county records mainly geared towards the Real Estate industry, data for home mortgages, various loans, homeowner statistics of purchase and resales, etc. So I already have some knowledge of real estate lingo, numbers and criteria... now most of it makes sense. My goal is to be the best that I can be in the real estate field. I would like to make a few great wholesale deals than maybe look into rehabs. And I would like to eventually look into Assisted Living Homes.
