Business Process Re-engineering (BPR):Adopts outside-in approach to radically redesign end-to-end business processes across an enterprise to achieve quantum leap in business performance, in alignment with organisational strategy.Strategic IT Planning:Working together with Enterprise IT and adopts a co-creation approach to explore ways to exploit relevant ICT as a catalyst to transform in public service delivery and achieve long-term strategic goals, and chart a feasible course of action to achieve these goalsIT Portfolio Management:Enable enterprises to measure, manage, value and prioritise ICT investments while balancing innovation with risks and benefits.
