Attend job fair, if needed.• Receive, analyze and review Personnel requisition Form from requesting departments and assist requesting department head/s in filling out the form, if necessary;• Source, screen, schedule and conduct initial interview of applicants.• Maintains pool of qualified applicants.• Regularly encode information of all the processed applicants in the recruitment database.• Closely coordinate with manpower providers for present and future manpower requirements of the company. Ensure that standards on recruitment are met.• Administer pre employment test. Check and evaluate test results.• Examine pre employment requirements. Make sure that these are submitted prior to confirmation of hiring.• Prepare Job Description of all newly hired employees.• Aid in conducting orientation of all newly hired employees on company rules and regulations, etc.• Provide list of trainees and closely monitor trainee movements Show less
