Returns the review comments to the Project Manager, and tracks that these are acted on / resolved for later versions of the documentation8. Makes the recommendation to the relevant Operations Manager to sign the drawings when the review comments have been resolved.9. Works with the Project Manager to check and coordinate the implementation of the contractor’s testing and commissioning plan, or nominates someone in Operations to undertake this role.10. Receives and checks the documentation that is due at the time of take-over.11. Participates in the training of staff and the handover inspection.12.
