Plan, manage, organize and coordinate Laboratory Services. Subject matter expert and the technical resources for the region ​​​in designated specialized area. Responsive for the design and oversight of highly reliable laboratory operations including ​​​accountabilities for quality of care, member experience, affordability, standard work and employee experience and​​​​ competence. Accountable for creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity.

Responsible for all aspects of laboratory services at Parkridge Medical Center and Parkridge North

Responsible for all Laboratory Services within NAMC and affiliate services to include strategic planning, budgeting, operational efficiencies improvement, menu development and/or equipment evaluation/installation, and personnel engagement, plus Laboratory Outreach growth including courier efficiencies, billing accuracy, and service quality improvements.

Responsible for service line excellence through the development and implementation of strategic and tactical growth plans. Oversees the administration, development and ongoing operations of system services: inpatient, outpatient, outreach, client and corporate.

Administration and operations of system-wide laboratory services: inpatient, outpatient, outreach and reference-business development, and information systems

Oversight and direction of outreach, regional reference and satellite lab operations, web-based physician portal and business development.

Overall Administration and supervision of the laboratory outreach organization including patient service centers, courier services, billing and business development

Designed information system requirements for the solution of business problems

Coordinated ISO certification moving towards Malcolm Baldridge and Oglethorpe award status. In-depth subject matter expert to leadership team on process improvement and reengineering.
