• Providing support in relation to the development and launch of Tourism Sector (post covid) Funding Schemes. • Assisting on the development of funding scheme guidelines, application forms, live webinar and other relevant scheme documentation.• Working across multiple tourism funding schemes, supporting the development of communications plans, email marketing, marketing lists, presentations, corporate website updates.• Managing and maintaining the Business Continuity mailbox, dealing with applicant queries and ensuring the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data was kept up to date.• Assisting project team with review of funding evaluations and implementation of evaluation, approval and payment process – Liaising with Business Consultants, reviewing applications and bringing key issues to the attention of the project team. • Providing regular updates to all major stakeholders. • Escalating issues and risks that may impact on agreed timelines and deliverables.• Supporting the set up and roll-out of the review programme to understand how these supports are impacting the recovery.• Ensuring that all the correct project documentation is in place and kept up to date.• Adhering to all Fáilte Ireland policies e.g., procurement, data protection.

“Big Ideas Showcase Event 2012” at Aviva stadium, where 19 business Promoters of potential “spin out” companies from research, delivered their business pitches to 600 + potential investors and business partners. 15 Technology Transfer Officers (TTO’s) from Universities and Third Level Institutions also showcased their research offer to industry at this event. This one day event had Ministerial attendance (Sean Sherlock) and also included the presentation of three industry awards and a schedule of futurist speakers. Key Responsibilities; - Preparation & support to 19 promoters from research (HEI's) in advance of their commercial pitch- Development and support in the design of Technology Transfer Office stands and other research bodies stands- NDRC, Teagasc and Enterprise Ireland for Showcasing at Big Ideas 2012- Communicions, Marketing and Promotion of Big Ideas Showcase to an audience of 600 investors, entrepreneurs, mentors, business partners, potential licencees, researchers, government and media. -Organising and attending of pitch training sessions and rehearsals for promoters-Development & collation of new video material for playing during the presenting of three Big Ideas Award Winners by Minister Sherlock- Provision of briefing material for Government & Press- Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Supplier Management & Budget Management. - Leading a project team to fulfil this Showcase-Event within budget and timescale.PR outcomes around Event; -Irish Times-Sunday Business Post-RTE Six One News-RTE Morning Ireland-The Late Late Show- Business and Leadership- Irish Examiner- Silicon Republic
