Main duties included:*Assistance with all personal cases.*Making sure patients rooms were neat and tidy.Filling out patients confidential care plans.*Taking meal/drink orders and delivering meals.*Informing team leaders of any changes and making plans for patients individual needs. *Being kind and patient using communication skills to find out how best to assist patients.

Key Responsibility's included: * Assisting with all personal cares.*Updating residents confidential personal files.*Making sure Residents had their medication's on time *being a waitress at meal times*Communicating with residents family, Doctors, nurses, cleaners, handy men and kitchen staff either in person and over the phone.*Making sure residents rooms and vicinity wear clean and tidy.*First Aided
