She is dual qualified as an Advocate/Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England/Wales.Charlene's main areas of practice involve civil commercial litigation, mediation and international arbitration, focussed on shipping, logistics and international trade matters. She has also acted successfully for Protection & Indemnity Clubs, shipowners, ship agents, ship brokers and freight forwarders in collision claims, cargo claims and charterparty disputes amongst others.
