While serving in the US Air Force based in Mississippi, Chuck built a dedicated team of turn key renovation specialists and established a real estate management company overseeing over 1000 units. He uses his core experience investment strategies and experiences in renovating and building residential unit to serve virtual based buying clients iBuyers, REITs and large privately held SFR portfolios in the Metroplex.When not dedicating his time to Service One, Chuck is an avid Steelers fan and enjoys competing with his fantasy football leagues. Chuck’s leadership qualities can be seen with his smile and love for team building, especially out of the office singing karaoke. Chuck enjoys spending time with his family and close friends near and far.
