 Responsible Officer for all ammunition, equipment, and supplies loaded aboard the USNS Sacagawea, as part of the Marine Corps Maritime Prepositioning Operations Squadron III ( 1 Billion + in assets). Create daily work schedule and tasks, and ensure follow thru on all assigned items to a diverse multi-mission crew, including equipment maintenance, supply personnel, and ordnance logistics.  Ensure proper reports are compiled and submitted to management in the established timeframe. Ensure compliance with all set forth KBRWYLE corporate guidelines and policies, as well as policies set forth in the program contract. Coordinate resupply of issued materials, in an as needed basis, to ensure proper level of materials aboard ship, as well as managing cost measures for shipping and storage. Ensure proper entry of service requests of damaged or broken equipment, create and monitor order statuses in Global Combat Support System –Marine Corps. Insure stock discrepancies are reported. Submit all forms and conduct research as required to locate items, or adjust stock records. Conduct required weekly/monthly/quarterly training for KBRWYLE crew members. Maintain all required records in accordance with established guidelines, including mandated reports, EKMS forms and issues, Record folders, maintenance completed, and cyclic stock inventories. Ensure all ammunition loaded aboard ship follows all appropriate CFR, DOD, and DOT regulations for safety, and compatibility. Manage annual approved budget for materials required for daily operations. Develop and implement ISO documents for departments. Use continuous improvement to improve everyday work efficiency. Created and implemented 5S program aboard the vessel.  Work with international companies for support, transportation, customs enforcement, and agricultural requirements for host nations.Work to help establish contract requirements for ammunition and cargo operations aboard the T-AKE class vessels.

  Maintenance of United States Marine Corps ammunition and cargo aboard the USNS Sacagawea as part of KBRWyle’s Shipboard operations.  Directly manage the storage, handling, shipment, receipt and care of 1.1 Million pounds net explosive weight.  Primary duties involve maintaining accurate inventory counts, proper documents for issuing and receiving. Ensuring munitions are secure and stable while at sea. Issuing and receiving ammunition according to regulations, and complying with all applicable Navy and Marine Corps publications and guidelines.  Conduct fleet sentencing ammunition, and quality assurance inspections, according to set guidelines.  Operation of the Ordnance Information System-Retail (OIS-R) for all ammunition accounting. Position requires time management, extreme attention to detail, the ability to arrange outside assistance for transportation and movement of ammunition and materials, as well as compliance with foreign government agriculture regulations. Ability to manage other personnel and work independently of outside supervision, for ammunition operations Requires travel into foreign countries for inventory, storage inspections, and customs enforcement inspections Timely ability to complete and submit monthly reports to management.  Ensure that all appropriate Notice of Ammunition Reclassifications (NARs) and Ammunition Information Notices (AINs) are applied to effected ammunition and followed.

 Primarily responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing ordnance for the United States Army; perform maintenance modification, destruction and demilitarization on ammunition and explosive components.  Operated a wide range of vehicles and equipment for the loading and transportation of ordnance.  Operated computer hardware and software/utilities in order to assist with inventory requirements such as supply stock control.  Inspected weapon systems to determine need for repair or destruction.  All job duties required an extreme physical demand on a consistent basis.  Assisted with outlining and upholding security protocols and guard rotations.  Went abroad for a tour of duty for Operation Iraqi Freedom I and II.
