Understand and utilize “best practices” as they relate to enterprise printing and scanning solutions.Actively assist customers with application on-boarding activities to increase print volumes.Responsible for advanced detailed communications defining product requirements and issues to Software Development teams as a part of RSHQ responsibility for the Americas.Responsible for advanced support of Canada, Mexico, and Latin America for software product training and problem resolution.
