Responsible for providing expert technical knowledge and consulting to sales teams and customers in design and implementation of complex and enterprise software solutions and professional services. Provide technical knowledge in sales meetings, presentations, demonstrations, customer trainings, and the delivery of professional services – whether on-site, via conference call, or via remote sessions.Perform the functions of the National Analyst and participate in the preparation of large, high value sales proposals, ensuring configurations are complete and accurate. Understand and be comfortable using Windows systems (client and server), networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, workgroup and domain environments, firewalls, WANs, VLANs), remote access methods (Remote Desktop and VNC), virtual environments (VMware and Microsoft HyperV), non-Windows environments (Mac, UNIX, Linux), and have a deep understanding of printing related topics (PCL, Postscript, GDI, print driver settings). Understand and utilize “best practices” as they relate to enterprise printing and scanning solutions.Actively assist customers with application on-boarding activities to increase print volumes.Responsible for advanced detailed communications defining product requirements and issues to Software Development teams as a part of RSHQ responsibility for the Americas.Responsible for advanced support of Canada, Mexico, and Latin America for software product training and problem resolution.
