I am a Full Stack Software Developer with experience in building full stack web applications. I graduated from Houston Community College with an Associates Degree in Computer Science. After graduating I joined Revature where I was trained to use Java, PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create practical applications. Revature has also given me the opportunity to train in DevOps and support technologies such as Docker and GitHub necessary to coordinate with a team to complete a project. Once my training was completed, I was selected to Citi Bank where I worked on two teams which were Risk Scoring and the Develop enhancements for Run the Bank applications for Genesis retail Globally. While on the Risk Scoring team my responsibilities where to run data queries in Hue editor /Hive, deploy project in development environments through Jenkins, start and stop different services using Unix commands in Tectia terminal during Dev-SIT/UAT environments deployment, make additions to Java code base per request from the business users, and work with team to deploy finished projects the production environment. While on the Develop enhancements for Run the Bank applications for Genesis retail Globally team, my responsibilities consisted of running SQL queries in Oracle data base for banking products pulled from GENESIS to see if the data was correctly copied over in to the corresponding tables in Hive.
