I would identify and correct documentation issues, ensuring the manufacturing procedures are clear and precise. In times of limited personnel, I took measures to fin in the gaps, quickly learning to operate large manufacturing machines, where headcount was unavailable. I also tackled PPI projects to improve upon site processes. Part of my time included travelling to another site to flex as a scientist for the tissue culture team, improving many of their processes and developing trainings for various technical aspects of tissue culture.
