Greetings, Throughout my career I have been responsible for many projects in various computing environments. I have setup and configured various computing environments with various hardware platforms; thin clients, desktops, laptops, Surface and iPad tablets. I have learned in the classroom and have gained experience in the field. I would be a great fit for many positions. I have always thought “outside the box”, this wide degree of creativity, gives me the ability to adapt and proactively offer solutions to a changing technological environment. I have a strong working knowledge of the hardware and software that is required for many positions. I always provide service with a smile, and have been recognized for my quality customer service on multiple occasions. I have excellent organizational skills and learn new systems and procedures easily.I have worked in various industries and have a broad background, this gives me the ability to communicate effectively with people with a broad range of ability, culture, ethnic background, to maintain good working relationships and contributing member of the IT team. I have supported clients in various areas of computing including banking, health care, higher education, and retail. I have working knowledge in Apple, Microsoft, and Linux operating system troubleshooting and administration. I also have a working knowledge of networks, both wired and wireless and securing them. Security appliances that I have worked with include: Opensense, Cradlepoint, Untangle, and Cisco to provide more secure computing environments. Cybersecurity is a passion of mine and I have focused my career path and education in that direction. Linux Kali, Security Onion, and HoneyDrive are some of the tools that I have added to my skill set in recent years. I enjoy penetration testing and forensics, in virtual environments and would love to apply the skills that I have learned in the classroom to real life situations in the future. I love technology and strive to be an early adopter to all the latest in technology and trends in the industry. I enjoy a challenge, and I love to solve the problems that seemed endless.
