Served as the Aircraft Component Repair Branch (ACRB) Chief and Contracting Officer Representative for the Aviation Maintenance Division (AMD), Aviation Center Logistics Command (ACLC). Responsible for the staff supervision and professional development of five Department of the Army Civilians and six Non-Commissioned Officers. Manages the ACRB Quality Assurance Surveillance Program (QASP) and provides contract oversight on the performance of field and sustainment level maintenance conducted by the aviation maintenance contract's 38 component repair shops. Provides maintenance and logistics support for a $5.5B maintenance contract maintaining over 500 aircraft in support of the Army's aviator training requirements. Conducts research and analysis in support of aviation maintenance requirements; coordinates External Satellite Repairs (ESR) with external customers. Serves as a government liaison between the maintenance contractor and the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence (USAACE).
