I am a passionate guy who likes to share this passion around him. I consider my role as a black belt to first develop other people skills, as this is the only way to reach both cultural change and sustain results.The differents projects I've led, or was involved in helped me to build a global picture of a company. Not only with operations focus, but like a value stream. I'm still be impressed today by how stunning project results can be when people work together like one team, breaking organizational barriers.All the industries that I've worked for (Aeronautics, Space, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Painting & Sealing, Logistics ) with companies of any size showed me that the lean principles can be deployed everywhere with great results.There are several techniques/tools that can provide improvement, my job is to select the one that fits with the company culture,to people skills and provide training, coaching or mentoring. Finally, as a consultant or as a Continuous Improvement Manager , for all my people, I still have the same question everytime : How can I help you today ?
