CurrentPolicy and technical analysis with expert advice and insights on chemical testing, information reporting, assessment, management, and compliance issues and needs relevant to a variety of fora including domestically in the U.S., in major U.S. trading partners (such as Canada and the EU), and in intergovernmental fora (Stockholm, Rotterdam, LRTAP POPs, SAICM/Dubai Declaration, etc.). Specific areas include:• the application and interpretation of statutory and regulatory/compliance requirements on new and existing chemicals, nanoscale materials, and intergeneric microorganisms under TSCA;• the development of regulatory requirements/voluntary programs and future statutory approaches to chemicals in the U.S.;• developing and applying green chemistry, safer substitutes, pollution prevention/Design for the Environment, & product stewardship solutions to meet sustainability goals;• technical and regulatory advice on foreign and international chemicals issues, e.g., REACH, CEPA, Stockholm, Rotterdam, SAICM, GPS, OECD, UNEP, etc.
