Charles is a NACE Level II certified coating inspector, distinguished with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of ISO standards, international specifications, procedures, OSHA safety codes/practices for coating/painting operations. He's been privileged to have managed QA/QC activities for multi-million dollar painting and blasting oil/gas projects, whilst developing systems to ensure the satisfaction of client’s requirements are met and/or exceeded. For instance during one of such multi-million dollar projects (EGINA PROJECT), he was opportune to develop test routines during the production of the sacrificial anodes which in turn boosted the quality of the final sacrificial anodes being produced by 67%. Similarly, he has had the privilege of a 92% total supervision (while ensuring appropriate process control) on the manufacture of a 30tonne ballast counter weight material, which was the first of its size to be manufactured in Nigeria’s local content history; this was achieved during the EGINA PROJECT.
