Currently, a Manager with Whitney Bradley and Brown (WBB) as a Program Management and Systems Engineering consultant. Subject matter expert (SME) regarding DoD acquisition planning and execution to include Senior Material Leadership and Portfolio/Program/Project Management across the life-cycle management of complex products and weapon systems. Previously the USAF 2011 ACAT II Program Manager of the year as the B-1 System Program Manager responsible for all aspects of the B-1 Weapon System. In-depth experience in this area included being a Senior Material Leader for various USAF Divisions/Groups and Branches/Squadrons, and a DoD organization throughout the Defense acquisition community. From ACAT ID to II Major Defense Acquisition Programs, either as the System Program Manager (SPM) or Deputy PM, has led Joint Air Force/Army/Navy organizations directing Global Attack and Precision Engagement systems acquisition valued at $11B+ with $1B+ annually in development, production, and sustainment for USAF/USN/Allied combat forces', USTRANSCOM, USSOCOM, NATO, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Heads of States top priority weapons and aircraft systems. Has been a Joint staff officer at HQ USEUCOM managing a DoD benchmark program of logistics international agreements throughout Europe and Africa. Executed acquisition support for Operations JOINT FORGE, ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, and multiple others. Has also been a Headquarters Air Force staff officer managing European and NATO international affairs concerning F-16 and multiple other FMS programs. Has been the lead electrical engineer for various AFRL and DARPA 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 projects culminating in several ATD and ACTD space launches and satellite activities. Lastly, was an aircraft maintenance officer that worked complex conversion issues (F-16A/Bs to C/Ds) at the USAF’s largest wing of F-16 fighter aircraft and a key team-player to win the coveted Daedalian Award at 9th Air Force and Tactical Air Command.
