Senior Benefits Analyst
Current- Manage 401(k) and defined benefit plans including funding contributions, plan corrections, audit activities, special payments, plan design changes, and associate issues
- Assist HR business partners and employees with benefit related questions and clarify plan designs
- Conduct benefit presentations for New Hires and other associate groups throughout offices in the U.S. as well as remotely
- Work with vendors and external partners to swiftly research and resolve participant issues
- Support Annual Enrollment process company-wide including system testing and communication reviews
- Partner closely with Payroll, HRIS, and other internal stakeholders to maintain accurate employee data and transmit data to vendors
