As a Teaching Intern at TinkerQubits Foundation, I have been actively involved in implementing STEM education initiatives for students. My key responsibilities include:Teaching students coding concepts using Scratch.Designing and delivering comprehensive lesson plans tailored to various educational boards, including State Board and CBSE.Maintaining the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate reporting of training sessions.Compiling detailed reports on training progress and session outcomes.Documenting sessions through photographs and videos for evaluation and promotional purposes.Collaborating closely with school authorities and the TinkerQubits coordination team to ensure the smooth execution of the program.This hybrid internship has provided me with opportunities to enhance my teaching skills while fostering an innovative learning environment for students.
