Sole IT support responsible for maintaining physical/virtual servers, 70+ Microsoft Windows PC's, tablets and all hardware/software troubleshooting. I maintain the IT policies and present them to senior management and our outside board members. Provide support for all PC hardware/software for both the Ravenna and Kent offices, including all network printers.

* Responsible for Mobile Control Dispatch GPS software installations on remote client PC’s and server systems and Mobile Control Online account creations. * Provided extensive second level troubleshooting on Mobile Control Dispatch and Mobile Control Online GPS software issues. * Managed inhouse ticket queue for Mobile Control Dispatch/Online issues using SalesLogix.* Reduced number of daily open software ticket queue issues from over 180 open tickets to zero open tickets. Kept open ticket queue issues to less then 10 open tickets per day.* Extensive hands on experience using and installing Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Desktop Engine. * Provided Quality Assurance functions for version II Mobile Control Online product.* Received numerous commendation e-mails from SageQuest clients after installing and/or trouble shooting their GPS software issues.

* Created and/or changed new AS/400 scheduler jobs as required. Converted all production AS/400 scheduler jobs to use Robot Scheduler once our migration to the Robot Scheduler software was in place.* Changed memory pool allocations on AS/400 for system jobs when necessary to shorten run times for critical jobs.* Developed new CL programs on request which automated Manual Production Processes on the AS/400, including a specific program that automatically frees up additional hard drive space.* Worked with Core Systems Programming staff during implementation of new procedures for Computer Operations Department or Automated File Delivery system to ensure standards were followed as well as to ensure results.* All new or changed production jobs were entered into change management system following standard change control procedures. A detailed walk through was provided on new or changed production jobs that were more complex.* Researched, ordered, planned and successfully installed CUMULATIVE and HYPER PTF’s (Program Temporary Fixes) on Model 825 & 830 AS/400 which kept the critical software patches for the OS400 current.* Primary lead for annual offsite Disaster Recovery AS/400 BCP test resulting in consecutive years successful testing.* Chosen as backup for Production Control Supervisor which led to increased efficiency in computer room as a result of more up-to-date standardized electronic and hard copy documentation.

Responsible for ensuring system performance on Production, Development and Ancillary AS/400 systems were within acceptable standards and that all Production modules on AS/400, such as Robot Scheduler and Messenger Plus, were running as expected. Enabled/disabled AS/400 user profiles when necessary and purged profiles that were no longer needed. Ensured that all documentation for Computer Room was up to date and in Production Control repository. Created and/or changed new AS/400 scheduler jobs as required.
