I’ve worked at the highest levels of organisations, creating and delivering transformational projects that impact millions of people. I’ve built and led multi-disciplinary teams of high performers that solve problems and deliver on commitments. I’ve been a commercially led digital Product leader since I founded my first business 15 years ago. I work both at a strategic level as well as in an operational/delivery role and can quickly move from a bird’s eye view down in to the technical detail of a project if required.I know how to get “stuff” done and use my sales skills to identify roadblocks and quickly remove them in the interests of the products I lead.     I led a major programme of Change to deliver the new Internet Banking product for Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. This included the complete re-design of the UI/UX on web, across mobile, tablet and desktop as well as the the new native iOS tablet apps - "Express Login for iPad". Responsibilities included: - Business lead for the whole intiative - Product Owner role for both web and native development - Qual/Quant customer research including usability labs, focus groups, surveys, 121 interviews - CRM and Below-the-Line marketing to switch customers from old to new - Colleague training and readiness across Branch, Telephony and Digital - Forecasting, business case development and NPS impact mitigation - Exec stakeholder management and Bank governanceI consider myself extremely fortunate to have had the chance to lead such a high-visibility initiative that impacted so many consumers. To fundamentally improve the digital experience for the UK's largest banking group and its customers was an incredible experience.
