This position exists as a member of the consulting team to work as a patient advocate and a market researcher to deliver exceptional customer service. - Responsible for providing Relationship Managers and Client Service Professionals accurate and efficient customer service support via email.- Service dedicated field bankers on policies and procedures in place and provide appropriate plan of action in resolving their client’s concerns.- Partner with Business Premier Research to ensure resolution to client inquiries that may exceed service level expectations.- Maintain professional written communication while striving to meet departmental quality standards - Chosen for Online Support project to assist in resolution of escalated research cases during high volumes.Business Premier Banker/Premier Platinum Customer Service Specialist -Answer high call volumes from various clients such as: high value business owners, accountants, and internal Relationship Managers and Client Service Professionals.-Multi-task various job duties including service incoming calls, report tracking, and resolve escalated issues while communicating daily team stats and/or goals.-Complete in depth research and document detailed notes of all actions taken and/or needed for resolution of customer’s request.-Responsible for reviewing account activity, analyzing and communicating appropriate plan of action to clients while adhering to banking policy and procedures.-Maintain effective internal relationships with various departments in order to ensure accurate and efficient resolution by utilizing all resources available.-Manage/Coach teams of new hires throughout their development after classroom training to ensure departmental services standards and policies are followed.
