As an Associate Pastor of Instrumental Music in the Worship Ministry, my talents and skills fill many different roles. I oversee all aspects of Instrumental Music Ministry to include volunteers, player development, music arrangements, equipment oversight and purchasing, and directing weekly services. I am the organizational Leader responsible for operation and program development and maintenance of the Hebron School of Music, and all office administrative oversight involved with the School of Music.From 2018 to 2021 I also was the Administrative Director and Pastor for our Celebrate Recovery program and associated support groups. I orchestrated the logistics of weekly services, assisted in volunteer coordination, ongoing training, fostered overall program development, vision casting and general ministry needs.

At Central Gwinnett, I developed, directed, programmed and taught for the Marching Band, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, Pep Band, Music Technology class, and Percussion class in the traditional high school band setting.
