I travel to disaster zones in order to craft high detail construction estimates for flood victims. These estimates include everything from clean-up, labor cost, material calculations, and detailed floor plans. I'm also the intermediary between the disaster victim, their insurance carrier, FEMA, and often times contractors- in which I may be acting in this function across dozens of unique disaster risks concurrently.

Poppin-Off.comWe provided a platform for real time patron discussion of bars/restaurants (real time photos, videos) near you and curated it in a Twitter style feed. You always knew what was Poppin' Off around you- where your friends were, or where you could make new ones. It was a fun run. Maybe someday we'll breathe life into the project again :D

I oversee Front of House operations in a newly overhauled sports bar for Vail Resorts. I keep customers happy, manage labor costs, and close out the books everyday. Being a new restaurant, I have worked with my superiors in developing positional "game plans" from server scripting to in-depth details and expectations for support staff (also provided in Spanish).
