I hold the position of Head of Large and Complex & Commercial Insurance Claims at Zurich UK, principally leading and working day to day with a 120 strong team of outstanding claims professionals. The role spans across all lines of business underwritten by our Uk business including Property, Energy, Construction, Liability, D&O, Financial Institutions, PI, and Cyber. I work closely with Zurich's senior management and underwriters both in the UK and globally to ensure the strategic development of client relationships. As part of our Claims Commitment the team support customers through hypothetical loss scenario workshops with our customers. Claims is at the centre of our business offering which means that a large part of my role is presenting to, and meeting and engaging with existing and prospective customers.I am involved in various market initiatives including as a board member of the Future@LLoyd's, and the Chairperson of the IUA Claims Group. I contribute towards thought leadership across the industry and present at various conferences. I am FCII qualified.
